Chadwick is a serial entrepreneur who has spent decades working as a self-employed professional. In 2006 he became a successful real estate investor, then financial advisor and more. With a taste for startups, Chad loves to see the fruits of hard labor and is passionate about helping other small businesses succeed. His personal life consists mainly of fishing, hunting, gardening and playing musical instruments. He’s a published author, self-taught musician with several online piano albums that sell worldwide and a father to 2 boys. His hope is to teach them to be entrepreneurs and become successful businessmen.

Michela is a software engineer and an expert in our Marketing department. She has over 20+ years experience specializing in software, graphic and web design, as well as software product management for multiple companies that serve Fortune 500 clients. She loves the idea of offering quality services that focus more on the customer and less on exorbitant revenues. If everyone succeeds, then everyone succeeds.

Hello, my name is Elysse and I’m a customer service representative. I enjoy providing excellent customer service - being able to help build that relationship is important to me. Outside of work I'm a full time mother! I also enjoy being a photographer specializing in lifestyle newborn photography. There is nothing better than seeing a family's reaction to memories captured! As a family, we enjoy playing outside and going swimming.

I'm a pretty simple guy who enjoys video games, watching movies, binge watching shows with my partner and reading the occasional book. I love being able to walk through rainstorms, or even just watching them move through when we get them once in awhile.

I'm an Idaho native, I enjoy spending time outdoors. My husband and I tournament bass fish. I have four beautiful children, one of which is a military police officer currently deployed to South Korea. I like to do fundraisers and create awareness about Soldiers mental health. I recently completed a 50 mile ruck march for this cause.
I do photography as a hobby and enjoy taking senior, family and landscape pictures. I have had a photo place top 25 in The Weather Channels photo contest. I am certified with the AKC to train and evaluate for the Canine good Citizen program. I have spent time as a reporter, writing for Idaho's oldest newspaper. Community and family are very important to me! I am also an EMT and Med tech!

I am stay at home mom of 4 kids. I have a 15 year old, 14 year old, 12 year old and 7 year old. I spend a lot of time going to kids sporting events (Baseball, Softball, and Volleyball. I grew up in Coronado, CA and moved to Idaho in 2003 for just the summer. Well I would say 18 years later Idaho is my forever home with my husband and 4 kids. Last but certainly not least our baby of the family our 1 year old pug named Auggie. If I am not at home I am usually at a baseball field in the Northwest!
